Car booking instructions
1. You can make an online reservation 3 hours before the ride time. Please rest assured that the car will be dispatched quickly.
2. The estimated price of airport transfers includes driving, fuel, passenger insurance, tolls and 5% business tax.
3. The drop-off service is from the ride location to Taoyuan/Songshan/Taichung/Kaohsiung/Tainan/Hualien Airport; the pick-up service is from Taoyuan/Songshan/Taichung/Tainan/Kaohsiung/Hualien Airport to the destination.
4. Please turn on your mobile phone before boarding and after getting off the plane so that our driver can contact you.
5 If the filler wants to change or cancel the reservation, he/she must contact the customer service center at least 3 hours before the scheduled ride time, free of charge.
6. For additional services, the amount calculated by the system shall prevail.
7. The company only provides matching between rental vehicles and passengers, does not make any representations or guarantees on the service quality of the cooperating rental companies, and will not be responsible for any matters caused by or related to the services. To ensure driving safety, the space in the car is limited to VIPs, and all luggage (including hand luggage) must be placed in the trunk. Small shoulder bags for important documents, passports, wallets... and valuable items can be carried with you without affecting driving safety.
8. Since the carry-on luggage is your own luggage, the company only assists in the placement but does not assume the responsibility for compensation, unless the damage or loss of the luggage is caused by the negligence of the company's staff.
9. The service vehicle is subject to availability and cannot be specified. Airport Express reserves the right to replace the above vehicles with other vehicles of the same grade.
10. If the driver is late, has a strange smell in the vehicle, is not dressed properly, has a bad attitude or other problems, the company attaches great importance to the quality of the ride. Please contact the customer service center to file a driver complaint.
11. After receiving the order number, please go to the order query on the website to check your information. If there is any error, immediately inform the customer service center to make changes. If the pick-up service cannot be performed due to incorrect information, Airport Express will not be responsible or refund the fee. Please be sure to check carefully.
12. If the number of passengers increases and exceeds the capacity (overload), please call a taxi. If the customer insists on getting on the car, in order to ensure the safety of the driver and passengers, the driver has the right to refuse to take the passenger and contact the company's customer service center to cancel the order if it violates the law.
P.S. Due to natural disasters and national laws, the company has the right to cancel the pick-up service order based on the safety of passengers and drivers, and will refund the full amount. Please understand.

4.如司機等待60分鐘仍無法與您取得聯繫,將先行離開此趟視為空趟將酌收空趟費$400。
5.如臨時更換地點,請與客服中心聯繫,將依更換後的地點重新計費。
6.如司機遲到,煩請立即通知客服中心0906146632,我們會立即為您重新派車。

包車
1.一日包車不可跨區
2.預約時間72小時前取消可全額退費
3.預約時間72小時內取消,扣除30%司機費用後餘款可退費
4.預約完成會發送機司機資料,司機會聯繫並討論行程
5.車輛均附加(汽車強制險)與(第三責任乘客險)二種,乘客險每人300萬元~600萬元(視車種)。
6.所訂定的價格內,均含司機【住宿、膳食、油料、過路費、乘客險】。
7.價格經過雙方議定後,決不變相加收任何不當費用,務實作風誠信經營,請放心搭乘。
8.遊覽景點的時間,會依照包車【幾多日】,給於每天更長的時間,讓遊客能不疾不徐的遊玩。
9.包車台灣環島旅遊可選在【桃園、台中、台南、高雄】各機場與高鐵站,或是事先約定好地點,可以選擇在機場、高鐵站、飯店、民宿、酒店,公司會派車前往搭載。
10.超過包車所訂的時間,5~7人座(補貼油資400元/小時),8~9人座(補貼油資500元/小時)。
11.單日行程不得超過250公里,超過酌收20元/公里
12.非本平台公司派遣的行程,私下與司機聯繫訂車,無訂單契約存在,本平台公司不負責任何責任
13.特殊客製化行程,請電洽客服中心預約,可以選擇自己所需求的時間及時段,出發地及目的地,以依據客戶端的需求私人訂製專屬於您們的客制化行程,不管是從到達台灣最北端的松山機場也好或者是最南端的高雄機場也可,從機場出來的那一刻起,皆有司機車輛服務各位並引領各位到各處看景點、吃小吃美食、走行程等等。

1.機場快綫採用「電子發票」服務,您使用服務並於付款完成後於48小時內將發票號碼上傳至財政部電子發票整合平台網站及機場快綫
2.每逢單月26日將根據國稅局公佈之統一發票中獎號碼進行電腦對獎(已索取、已作廢發票除外),若有中獎將於當月底發出簡訊及由專人電話通知,並以掛號郵遞方式把中獎發票郵寄給您。
